You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Product must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging
• Invoice or order number is required
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Damaged or wrong item

Send photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement pickup.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
