Every BATHAE product carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, for as long as the original buyer owns the product.

• Ceramic cartridge: lifetime
• Brass body: lifetime against porosity
• PVD finish: lifetime against peeling and discolouration
• Electricals (LED mirrors): 1 year

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use.

What is not covered

• Damage from harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads
• Damage caused by hard-water scale where no filtration is installed
• Incorrect installation by an unauthorised plumber
• Physical damage, scratches or impact after delivery
