Cash on Delivery
Available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready and inspect the packaging before paying the rider.
Returns
Return or exchange within 7 days if the item is unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — send photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
Installation
Install through a competent plumber. Flush the supply lines before connecting the mixer so that construction debris does not damage the ceramic cartridge. Do not over-tighten brass connections.
Daily care
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry after use — this alone preserves a PVD finish for years.
- Never use acid, bleach, scouring powder or abrasive pads.
- In hard-water areas, remove and rinse the aerator every few months.
- Matt black and brushed finishes should be cleaned with plain water, not chemical sprays.
The lifetime warranty requires correct installation and normal domestic use. See our warranty page for full terms.
