Delivery

Returns
Return or exchange within 7 days if the item is unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — send photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
Installation
Install through a competent plumber. Flush the supply lines before connecting the mixer so that construction debris does not damage the ceramic cartridge. Do not over-tighten brass connections.
Daily care
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry after use — this alone preserves a PVD finish for years.
- Never use acid, bleach, scouring powder or abrasive pads.
- In hard-water areas, remove and rinse the aerator every few months.
- Matt black and brushed finishes should be cleaned with plain water, not chemical sprays.
